Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fitness centre and spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to the company's 'Gold Standards' of service, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of fitness instructors, spa therapists, and front-desk staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of all equipment and facilities.
- Manage inventory for spa products, fitness supplies, and operational essentials, placing orders as needed.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a luxury fitness centre, spa, or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of fitness and spa operations, including service standards, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in fitness, spa therapies, or first aid are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiarity with spa/fitness management software.
