Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential members to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized gym tours and consultations to demonstrate the value of our premium facilities.
- Develop customized membership plans based on individual client fitness goals and needs.
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize and participate in local health events, workshops, and marketing outreach activities.
- Maintain a professional knowledge of all gym equipment, class schedules, and training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client leads simultaneously.
