- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for the entire fleet.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fleet technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and efficient workflow.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across various vehicle types.
- Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and national safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Negotiate with vendors for parts, services, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all fleet maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle performance, scheduling, and maintenance history.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in fleet management or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing technical staff.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures for various types of fleet vehicles.
- Excellent understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and computer-based diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate with suppliers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
