Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for flour products to customers across the region.
  • Conduct product training sessions and technical workshops for sales teams and end‑users.
  • Develop and present application solutions that highlight flour performance benefits.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product managers to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Manage customer complaints, conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and product specifications as required.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on‑site assistance and gather market insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical service or product development within the flour or baking industry.
  • Strong understanding of flour functionality, dough rheology, and baking processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a client‑facing environment.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
