Wilmar is seeking a detailâoriented Flour Technical Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers, delivering expert guidance on flour functionality, applications, and product performance.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development to translate customer needs into tailored solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and provide training to both internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will help drive product adoption, resolve technical issues, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for flour products to customers across the region.
- Conduct product training sessions and technical workshops for sales teams and endâusers.
- Develop and present application solutions that highlight flour performance benefits.
- Collaborate with R&D and product managers to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
- Manage customer complaints, conducting rootâcause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and product specifications as required.
- Travel to customer sites to provide onâsite assistance and gather market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in technical service or product development within the flour or baking industry.
- Strong understanding of flour functionality, dough rheology, and baking processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a clientâfacing environment.
- Selfâmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
