Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, maintain, and repair John Deere agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians in daily maintenance activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Order and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Train junior technicians on proper equipment maintenance and repair techniques
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and repair operations
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for equipment performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or similar role in agricultural equipment maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere agricultural machinery and systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various work sites
