- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate directly with CTOs and technical leads of major enterprises to design and deploy custom Generative AI architectures tailored to business needs.
- Define and execute technical roadmaps for customer projects, ensuring alignment with Google Cloud's broader product strategies and engineering standards.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, from initial architectural design and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Bridge the gap between customer requirements and Google’s product roadmap, providing critical feedback to influence the future of Google Cloud technologies.
- Represent Google Cloud as a technical thought leader in customer engagements and industry conferences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that drive real-world impact.
