Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for franchise staff on baking techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide hands-on coaching to franchise teams
- Develop and update training materials to align with brand standards and industry best practices
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with franchise owners to address operational challenges and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational protocols
- Maintain detailed training records and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a trainer in the food & beverage or bakery industry
- Expert knowledge of bread/pastry production techniques and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Ability to travel to multiple franchise locations as required
- Proficiency in developing training curricula and assessment tools
- Certification in food safety (e.g., WSQ Food Hygiene) preferred
