- Monitor and analyze transaction data to detect potential fraudulent activities using advanced analytical tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to implement and enhance fraud detection systems
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed reports on findings with actionable recommendations
- Assist in developing and refining fraud detection algorithms and rules to improve detection accuracy
- Stay updated on emerging fraud trends and recommend preventive measures to mitigate risks
- Participate in regular fraud risk assessments, audits, and system testing to ensure effectiveness
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively through clear and concise reporting
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud detection processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or related field, preferably in the financial or technology sector
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns in large datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R for data manipulation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a methodical approach to investigation
- Good understanding of fraud detection methodologies, patterns, and industry best practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques is a plus
