Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze transaction data to detect and investigate fraudulent activities across digital platforms
- Collaborate with Risk, Data Science, and Engineering teams to enforce fraud prevention policies
- Support the development and optimization of fraud detection algorithms and risk models
- Document and report fraud-related findings with actionable recommendations
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and contribute to continuous improvement of risk controls
- Assist in maintaining and updating fraud detection system configurations
- Communicate fraud insights to stakeholders through clear, concise reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or data investigation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and pattern recognition abilities
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Basic understanding of fraud detection methodologies and risk frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving threat landscape
