Tanggung Jawab
- Promote job vacancies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and online communities to attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels, including referrals and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong existing network of professionals, particularly within Surabaya and East Java.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Active user of social media and job portals (JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, or Business preferred.
