Elite Asia is seeking a highly skilled freelance Dutch-English interpreter for an on-site project in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation during on-site meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Accurately translate complex technical, legal, and business terminology between Dutch and English
- Maintain professional neutrality and cultural appropriateness in all interpretation contexts
- Prepare for assignments by researching industry-specific vocabulary and context
- Ensure confidentiality of all discussed information and project details
- Adapt interpretation style to suit formal business settings and informal discussions
- Collaborate with project coordinators to schedule and manage interpretation logistics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Translation/Interpretation, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional Dutch-English interpretation experience
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both Dutch and English languages
- Professional certification in interpretation (e.g., NAATI, CMI, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in business, legal, or technical interpretation settings
- Exceptional active listening and public speaking abilities
- Strong cultural awareness and adaptability in international environments
- Valid work authorization for Singapore (if applicable)
