Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential school partners within the Pekanbaru and Riau region.
- Present and demonstrate our educational solutions to school principals, foundations, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions to foster institutional loyalty.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies to convey the value proposition of our programs.
- Provide regular reports on market feedback, partnership progress, and sales pipeline updates to the management team.
- Represent PT Skole Catalyst Indonesia with professionalism at educational events, seminars, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new school partners.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or education consultancy is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the local education landscape in Riau.
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in a target-driven, performance-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a portfolio of school leads.
- Educational background in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field.
