Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for education? PT Skole Catalyst Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Freelance Facilitator to join our team in Riau. In this role, you will act as the face of our organization, delivering high-impact presentations directly to students to inspire them, provide valuable educational insights, and drive program conversions.
We are looking for individuals who can command a room, simplify complex information, and build immediate rapport with diverse student groups. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging, high-energy educational presentations directly to student audiences in various schools.
- Effectively communicate program benefits to convert student interest into enrollment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our educational curriculum and service offerings.
- Manage class sessions professionally, ensuring all materials are presented accurately and on time.
- Collect feedback from participants to report back to the management team for program improvements.
- Collaborate with the regional team to coordinate school visit schedules and logistical requirements.
- Represent the PT Skole Catalyst Indonesia brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, training, or sales-driven presentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade young audiences.
- High level of confidence and stage presence.
- Ability to adapt presentation styles to different age groups and classroom environments.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of working independently as a freelancer.
- Willingness to travel within the Riau region for school engagements.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
