Tanggung Jawab
- Create stunning floral arrangements for diverse client needs, ensuring freshness and aesthetic appeal.
- Design and assemble professional-grade snack bouquets with creative wrapping techniques.
- Manage inventory of floral supplies, ribbons, wrappers, and snack components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace to optimize production efficiency.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure order specifications and delivery deadlines are strictly met.
- Provide creative input on new bouquet designs and seasonal floral trends.
- Conduct quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure they meet our brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in floral arrangement or gift wrapping services.
- Strong artistic eye and passion for design, color coordination, and texture.
- Ability to work on a freelance/project basis, specifically available on Mondays to Wednesdays.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of flower care and preservation techniques is a plus.
- Residency in or near Kalideres, Jakarta Raya, is highly preferred for logistical convenience.
