Tanggung Jawab
- Promote RedDoorz properties through digital marketing channels and personal networks
- Act as a booking agent for RedDoorz hotels across Indonesia
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive room bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Track booking performance and report on key metrics
- Participate in RedDoorz promotional campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- Experience in hotel sales, affiliate marketing, or travel industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid network of contacts in Semarang or hospitality sector
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing
