Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and vet potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and micro-influencers relevant to the sneaker and streetwear communities in Indonesia.
- Initiate contact and build strong, lasting relationships with KOLs, fostering a network of brand advocates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective influencer campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand materials from KOLs.
- Monitor and track KOL campaign performance, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and payment processes for freelance KOL engagements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the dynamic sneaker/streetwear culture.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape, including popular platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and contemporary youth culture.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
