As a Freelance Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in boosting students' confidence, refining their communication skills, and empowering them to find their own voices. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and interactive public speaking lessons to students in alignment with the Speech Academy Asia curriculum.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and self-expression.
- Provide constructive, personalized feedback to students to help them refine their articulation and body language.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive and productive learning experience for all age groups.
- Track student progress and report key observations to management to ensure consistent quality of learning.
- Assist in preparing classroom materials and setting up the training environment as required.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to uphold the academy’s high standards of educational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in public speaking, debating, drama, or relevant youth education fields.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate young learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in various branch locations.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma or equivalent in Education, Communication, or related disciplines.
- Willingness to undergo internal training to master the proprietary Speech Academy Asia teaching methodology.
