- Prospect and engage with UMKM businesses in Jakarta to introduce POS application benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing POS features and competitive advantages
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Close sales agreements and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and training to ensure client adoption success
- Track sales activities and submit regular performance reports
- Identify market trends and client feedback for product improvement
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software/SaaS products
- Strong understanding of UMKM market challenges and payment technology needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently under flexible arrangements
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology is highly advantageous
- Resident in Jakarta with ability to conduct in-person client meetings
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
