Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Participate in the design and development of software solutions, including writing user stories and process flows.
- Assist in the execution of Quality Assurance (QA) testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and identify bugs or issues.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and process diagrams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current workflows and suggesting optimization opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Currently a fresh graduate (0-1 year of experience) or currently pursuing a degree with expected graduation date within the next 6 months.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, with basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
