Tanggung Jawab
- Process money transfer transactions, bill payments, and foreign currency exchanges with 100% accuracy.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all walk-in clients.
- Maintain cash drawer balance and perform daily end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Educate customers on Western Union services, digital channels, and promotional offers.
- Ensure compliance with all anti-money laundering (AML) and internal security policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding transaction status or service availability.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting branch environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in retail, banking, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with experience in handling cash and POS systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English (additional languages are a plus).
- A positive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle high-volume interactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office.
