Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome patients/clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including appointment scheduling and patient registration.
  • Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain patient records with high levels of confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and wait-time management.
  • Process payments and handle basic administrative documentation.
  • Resolve patient concerns or complaints with patience and professional problem-solving skills.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and booking software).
