Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service for all banking transactions and inquiries
- Actively promote and cross-sell bank products (loans, deposits, insurance)
- Maintain accurate transaction records and compliance documentation
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Support branch operations through cash handling and account management
- Conduct digital banking product demonstrations to customers
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in regular product knowledge training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from any accredited institution
- 1+ years experience in customer service or sales roles
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in rotating shift schedules
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software
- Professional appearance and service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to obtain mandatory banking certifications
