- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all patients and visitors.
- Manage patient appointments, confirm schedules, and handle walk-ins efficiently.
- Assist the medical team with basic procedures and patient preparation.
- Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
- Process patient payments and handle confidential medical documentation.
- Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails professionally.
- Offer information about clinic services and products to potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or medical front office is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with clinic management software.
