Join Freshmart Singapore as a Fruits Packer and become part of our dynamic fresh produce supply chain! This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision and teamwork drive quality. As a key member of our packing team, you'll ensure our premium fruits are carefully sorted, packaged, and prepared for delivery to customers across Singapore. We value punctuality and reliability above all else – team members arriving more than 15 minutes late may be redirected to alternative assignments for the day. Strict adherence to our Freshmart Punchcard system for clocking in/out is mandatory to maintain operational integrity. This role provides hands-on experience in warehouse logistics while offering flexible evening hours that accommodate various schedules.
Tanggung Jawab
- Sort and pack fresh fruits according to quality standards and size specifications
- Operate packing machinery and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Verify product freshness and report quality discrepancies immediately
- Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation procedures
- Complete required documentation using Freshmart Punchcard system
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing efficiency
- Adhere strictly to punctuality and attendance policies
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail in sorting and packaging operations
- Reliable attendance with strict adherence to punctuality requirements
- Basic understanding of English for following instructions
- Physical stamina to work in refrigerated environments (when applicable)
