As a Fruits Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the freshest fruits possible.
This position requires punctuality and adherence to our time management policies. Please note that freelancers who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be rejected for the day's assignment. All employees must clock in and out using both Freshmart Punchcard systems to ensure accurate time tracking.

- Inspect and sort fruits for quality and freshness
- Package fruits according to company standards and customer requirements
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Follow proper food safety and handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management
- Basic knowledge of fruit varieties and quality standards is a plus
- Previous experience in food handling or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
