Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate real-time FTTH network operations to ensure optimal performance
- Manage network incidents from detection to resolution, minimizing service disruption
- Oversee vendor performance to guarantee compliance with SLA agreements
- Conduct regular network health checks and performance analysis
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols to enhance network reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams for network upgrades and capacity planning
- Document network operations and incident reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FTTH network operations
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools and network management systems
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and fiber optic technology
- Certification in network administration (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
