Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and general ledger management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards (PSAK).
- Handle local tax computations, filings, and compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, 23, and 4(2).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction records for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Maintain and organize clean, audit-ready financial documentation and balance sheet schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and internal control processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Full Cycle Accountant, General Accountant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian, with basic English proficiency being an advantage.
