Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide personalized feedback
- Create interactive classroom activities that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to design supplementary learning materials
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and academic progress meetings
- Stay updated with ESL/EFL teaching methodologies and industry trends
- Contribute to school events and extracurricular language activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience
- Native or fluent English proficiency with excellent communication skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to Indonesian educational context
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools
- Creative lesson planning and curriculum development experience
