Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging, high-quality 1:1 online ESL lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
- Create dynamic and interactive lesson plans that keep learners motivated and focused.
- Help students improve their pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and conversational fluency.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic milestones.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine teaching materials and strategies.
- Provide a supportive learning atmosphere that encourages students to speak confidently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in ESL teaching or online tutoring is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or dedicated classroom software).
- Ability to maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection for remote teaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the patience to work with diverse age groups.
- Dynamic personality with a passion for creative and student-centered teaching.
- Must be based in or willing to work from the Metro Manila area.
