Tanggung Jawab
- Teach small groups of students in interactive English language classes
- Develop and write curriculum materials aligned with educational standards
- Plan and prepare engaging lesson plans and learning activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in training programs and professional development sessions
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and resources
- Support administrative tasks related to class scheduling and student records
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills
- Passion for teaching and working with students of various age groups
- Interest in curriculum development and educational content creation
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and open to learning
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, flat team environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
