Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, AEO/GEO, and paid acquisition channels
- Optimize website content and technical SEO to improve organic rankings and user experience
- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and emerging AI platforms
- Implement geographic targeting strategies for localized market penetration
- Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with product and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Stay current with algorithm updates and emerging digital marketing technologies
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack digital marketing with proven SEO and paid acquisition results
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and AEO/GEO implementation
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Experience with AI search channels and voice-activated marketing interfaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional marketing campaigns in international markets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
