Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the head chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place for various menu items.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and workstations are kept clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
  • Monitor ingredient freshness and assist with stock management and inventory rotation.
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and temperature control.
  • Support the team during peak hours to ensure efficient service and quick turnaround times.
  • Perform daily opening and closing kitchen duties according to company protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in culinary arts or hospitality.
  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
