Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation of functional solutions following industry best practices and methodologies
- Conduct thorough business analysis to document requirements, processes, and pain points
- Develop detailed functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure client adoption and competency
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of functional designs
- Provide post-implementation support and optimization services
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge repositories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Proven expertise in ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in relevant methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Oracle Fusion) is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
