Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational targets
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Organize and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding from various sources
- Manage donor databases and track fundraising progress and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive fundraising efforts across departments
- Research and identify new funding opportunities and potential donors
- Represent the organization at community events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or relevant role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience in donor relationship management and stewardship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
