Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners
- Plan and oversee fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and manage relationships with foundation funders
- Analyze fundraising data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and mentor the fundraising team, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to ensure integrated fundraising communications
- Stay current on fundraising best practices and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
- Strong experience with major gift cultivation and donor relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling narratives
- Proficiency in fundraising databases and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
