Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in consultations
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals aligned with client specifications
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers and corporate clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and showroom presentations
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in furniture or luxury retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of furniture materials, construction, and design trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
