Tanggung Jawab
- Create innovative furniture designs that align with current market trends and client preferences
- Develop detailed technical specifications and production drawings for manufacturing
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are executed according to specifications
- Monitor production timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Source and evaluate materials to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production processes
- Conduct quality control checks during production to maintain high standards
- Update design concepts based on production feedback and market research
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or related field
- Proven experience in furniture design and production coordination
- Strong technical drawing skills and proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture construction
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively with production teams, suppliers, and clients
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus
