Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance and procurement of office supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and negotiation for office utilities and repairs.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office asset inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain office safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company health and safety standards.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and support internal communication to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Prepare periodic reports on GA expenses, operational costs, and asset depreciation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
  • Domiciled in or willing to work in Surabaya.
