Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for key positions
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives and training programs
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Drive cultural initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and HR best practices
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
- Strong strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRM, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
