Whether you are facilitating activities, leading group games, or acting as the guide for our interactive experiences, your ability to connect with children and maintain high energy levels will be the key to your success. Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate and lead interactive games and workshops for children of various age groups.
- Maintain a high-energy, positive environment that encourages participation and creativity.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout the duration of activities.
- Manage event flow and timelines to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of game materials and event props.
- Engage proactively with parents and caregivers to provide a professional and welcoming experience.
- Troubleshoot minor operational issues to ensure minimal disruption to the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, classroom, or entertainment setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children quickly.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible scheduling (weekends/holidays).
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and risk management when working with kids.
- A creative mindset and the ability to improvise to keep participants engaged.
