Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily garden maintenance including planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Monitor plant health, diagnose/treat diseases, and implement pest control measures
- Execute seasonal landscape projects and garden renovations
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Ensure garden areas meet aesthetic and safety standards
- Collaborate with team on sustainable gardening practices
- Manage composting and organic waste recycling systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional gardening or landscape maintenance experience
- Expertise in tropical plant species and Bali-specific gardening techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks in varied weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of irrigation system maintenance
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
