We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for horticulture and outdoor maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in garden care, plant cultivation, and landscape maintenance. You will be responsible for the overall health and appearance of our garden areas, including planting, pruning, watering, and pest control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and care for garden areas, including lawns, flower beds, and ornamental plants
- Perform regular watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed to enhance the landscape
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Monitor plant health and address any issues promptly
- Ensure all garden areas are clean, tidy, and free of debris
- Assist with seasonal garden planning and implementation of new designs
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating equipment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Knowledge of local plants, flowers, and trees common in Bali
- Ability to identify and treat common plant diseases and pests
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of gardening tools and equipment maintenance
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new gardening techniques and practices
