Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain garden areas through regular watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilization
- Assist in seasonal planting and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate gardening equipment safely including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Monitor plant health and report pest/disease issues to senior staff
- Support landscaping projects including soil preparation and mulching
- Ensure garden cleanliness and proper waste disposal
- Follow maintenance schedules and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the landscaping team on garden design implementation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in horticulture preferred
- 1-2 years of gardening or landscaping experience
- Knowledge of native Philippine plants and seasonal gardening practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
