- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the counter.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of gelato flavors to customer specifications.
- Keep the gelato display case clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene in the food preparation and serving areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Clean and sanitize serving equipment and dining tables regularly.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling money and making change.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
