Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily bakery operations to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
- Mentor and train a team of bakers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop innovative recipes and ensure consistent product quality across all lines.
- Manage inventory, including raw ingredients and supplies, to minimize waste.
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and special event production.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on finished goods.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Head Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar leadership role in a bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry arts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit or certification.
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
