Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close.
- Perform general ledger accounting (GL), journal entries, account reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting in accordance with US GAAP/IFRS.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports, providing variance analysis and commentary.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations, transactions, and balancing to ensure zero mismatches.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in General Accounting, Record to Report (RTR), or General Ledger (GL) roles, preferably in a shared services or BPO setup.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP or IFRS) and month-end closing processes.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, Blackline) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
