Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits across healthcare facilities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Investigate disciplinary violations and recommend corrective actions aligned with organizational policies
- Develop and maintain detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to implement disciplinary procedures and training programs
- Monitor workplace safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency improvements and risk mitigation strategies
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or inspection roles within healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and compliance assessment tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report presentation
