Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of pantry areas, including clearing surfaces and organizing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring equipment is properly set up for scheduled sessions.
- Sanitize and polish glass surfaces, windows, and partition walls throughout the office.
- Care for common areas and break-out spaces to ensure they are welcoming and tidy.
- Assist the facility team with minor upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
- Ensure that office consumables and pantry supplies are adequately stocked and managed.
- Report any facility defects or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a facilities, housekeeping, or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of office maintenance equipment and cleaning tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Physically fit and able to perform general facility duties.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Legal eligibility to work in Singapore.
