In this pivotal role, you will be the cornerstone of our financial integrity. You will oversee end-to-end general ledger activities, ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately and that our financial statements are a true reflection of our business performance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our monthly closing cycles, providing strategic insights that support senior management in data-driven decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee day-to-day General Ledger operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and internal corporate policies.
- Perform detailed balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate/resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate accruals and expense allocations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable financial insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
