Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality carpentry repairs, installations, and modifications on residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections of building structures to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
- Execute general upkeep tasks including painting, drywall repair, and flooring maintenance.
- Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs where necessary to ensure full facility functionality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations during all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Carpentry, Technical, or Trade-related course.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in general maintenance and carpentry.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding technical diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- Valid government-issued ID and professional certification, if applicable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
